Kirtipur

Kirtipur was the capital of Nepal before Kathmandu does not seize the power. Built on two hills separated by a collar, the borough of Kirtipur offers a very good point of view on the capital with the Himalayas in background. Environment is much more serene there than downtown, somewhat out of time and its imposing temples testify glory to us to its last times.

The history of Kirtipur is inevitably marked conquests because its strategic defensive position made more than the one envious one! We like to go in these places for their with dimensions not very tourist and more clamp, its various temples, sanctuaries and buildings of stone and for the extent of the panorama which is offered to us since the heights of these hills.

We propose to you:

Ballade has foot of Kirtipur to the throats of Chobar
